Preston Reed Youtube Acoustic Guitar

Here’s an interesting acoustic guitar video by Preston Reed. In it he uses a very percussive technique, tapping with both the right and left hands. What I like about it is his very relaxed approached, the tune is called Slap Funk . Although Preston is using a rather impressive looking approach to playing the guitar, the piece maintains its musicality, whereas many of the players using these type of contemporary methods of playing seem to get carried away with the showmanship.
